Last night, I had one of the best steamed chinese pumpkin cake. Mashed pumpkin steamed in a wok. Topped off with some sliced chilli, shallots and spring onions. Yeah, It’s really traditional and made at home by Esther.

Goes really well with Malacca sweet sauce and home made chilli sauce. We are running out of the Malacca sweet sauce. I’ll have to get some more during my next trip to Malacca. I’ll write about this in my next post.
