We were shopping at Plaza Singapura and decided to dine at Kura Ramen.
This ramen is quite different from the type of Ramen I tried in Tokyo and Miyagi.
It is not too salty and the soup is made of miso and pork broth.
I liked the sliced pork which is done just nice and the egg is just a soft.
There is also a few slices of preserved Japanese bamboo shoots.
