Roasted lamb dinner at home

We were shopping at Carrefour for groceries. Walked to the meat section and saw some lamb for roasting.

On a whim, my wife selected this lamb and I thought it would be nice with some soup and ciabatta bread.

Preheated the oven at 200C. She put the lamb into the oven for roasting.

After 45 minutes, she opened the oven and our kitchen filled with the aroma of roast lamb. Mama Mia! I can’t wait for dinner to start.

It is done medium well and I hope there’s enough for kids.

The lamb is quite tender on the inside and it is delicious without tasting too strong. Next time, I’ll pair it with a good red wine, maybe Shiraz.
